iskra.geometry.distances.point_simplex_dist_matrix(x: Tensor, simplices: Tensor) → Tensor[SOURCE]#

Pairwise distances between a set of points and a set of simplices.

Parameters:

  • x (Tensor[Float, [Bs1, N, Dim]]) – Set of points.

  • simplices (Tensor[Float, [Bs2, M, S, Dim]]) – Set of simplices.

Raises:

NotImplementedError – Only supports edges, triangles, and tetrahedra.

Returns:

​ (Tensor[Float, [Bs3, N, M]]) – Pairwise point-simplex distances.
